No brainer on where your taking more seriously as a friendly gamer.ĭisappointed. Seriously, I have less points over a longer period of time at other casinos and yet I get bigger rewards. More gaming, more restaurants and better stay accommodations. 45 minutes away is a much better casino that actually cares about its card holders.
It’s a joke and needs major improvement on how it runs its reward system etc. If we could go without 1 less casino then this place would be my vote. You will be treated like your money doesn’t matter. I am extremely disappointed in Choctaw and wouldn’t recommend anyone to go. You go to another casino and for 100 points you get free rooms, $100 dollar free play and free buffet. Can you guess what my reward was? For $7,100 in points I got told all I get is a $5 food credit. I gained 7,100 points in a near 3-4 weeks. I decided after my friends and people saying “you need to play with your rewards card” because I play so much money. When I play with my rewards at other casinos they give you GREAT players rewards. I always thought that the rewards system was a joke so I never took Choctaw’s rewards seriously. It’s been back and forth with me and the machines. I’ve been going to Choctaw since before the resort happened and we played out of a very small building with extremely low ceilings.
